Ingredients

  • 1 rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions optional
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese, mixing until well combined.
  • Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half in a greased baking dish and spread the chicken mixture evenly on top. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the chicken and place the top half of the rolls back on.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture over the tops of the rolls, then bake for 25 minutes until the cheese has melted and the sliders are golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and serve warm, sliced into individual sliders.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Make sure cream cheese is softened for easy mixing. Adjust ranch seasoning to your taste as desired. For a spicy kick, add jalapeños to the chicken mixture.
