  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Bring chicken broth to a boil
  • Whisk in grits
  • Season shrimp
  • Cook shrimp
  • Make the sauce
  • Combine shrimp and sauce with grits

Notes

Fresh garlic enhances flavor, and stone-ground grits provide the best texture.
