Ingredients
  

  • 4 breasts boneless, skinless chicken 1.5 lbs total, can substitute with thighs.
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice Can substitute with lime juice.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Avocado oil can be used as a substitute.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Garlic powder can be used.
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano Italian seasoning can be used.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  • Add chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2 hours for optimal flavor.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade, allowing excess to drip off.
  • Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve with your favorite sides, drizzling some leftover marinade over the chicken if desired.

Notes

Marinate the chicken for extra flavor. Use a meat thermometer for perfect cooking. Grill mixed vegetables alongside for a complete meal. Let the chicken rest before slicing.
