  • 3 breasts chicken, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons avocado oil or oil of choice
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup freshly grated mozzarella
  • ½ cup freshly grated cheddar cheese
  • 12 oz elbow macaroni, cooked al dente
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine the cubed chicken with olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • In a large skillet, heat avocado oil over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  • In the same skillet, add butter and honey, stirring until melted and combined with the chicken. Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
  • For the mac and cheese, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Stir in heavy cream, mozzarella, cheddar cheese, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
  • Add the cooked elbow macaroni to the cheese sauce and mix well to combine.
  • Serve the honey garlic butter chicken alongside the creamy mac and cheese.
