Ingredients
  

  • 400 grams spaghetti
  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 3 cups tomato sauce
  • 200 grams cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Step 2: Cook spaghetti in salted water until slightly firm. Drain and set aside.
  • Step 3: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  • Step 4: Add ground beef to the skillet, cook until browned. Stir in tomato sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  • Step 5: In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  • Step 6: Spread half of the cooked spaghetti in a baking dish.
  • Step 7: Layer the cream cheese mixture over the spaghetti evenly.
  • Step 8: Add the remaining spaghetti on top of the cream cheese layer.
  • Step 9: Pour the meat sauce over the layered pasta.
  • Step 10: Top with shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese.
  • Step 11: Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Step 12: Let the dish rest for 10 minutes before serving to set the layers.

Notes

For a healthier version, use whole wheat pasta and reduce cheese. Experiment with adding vegetables like spinach or mushrooms.
