  • Step 5: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Step 6: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Step 7: Gently fold in the blueberries, being careful not to crush them.
  • Step 8: Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Step 9: Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Step 10: Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Store these cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. For a twist, try adding white chocolate chips.
