1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
8 oz pasta of choice
Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: Begin by boiling a large pot of salted water. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
Step 2: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Season the sliced chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Step 3: Sear the chicken in the skillet until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
